Your self-image is an important part of a positive attitude. If you aren’t positive about yourself, it is hard to be positive about anything else. Think about your strengths and the good things that you offer. Don’t be overly critical about what is going on in your life. Set a goal of the amount of money you plan to make in 5 years, 2 and 1 year away and then your 6 month and one month goal. Do this and then start on your 1st month goal. You may end up making daily and weekly goals also.

Start the day with good thoughts about what you will accomplish. This is going to give you a positive attitude from the moment you wake up. Before you even get out of bed, think several good thoughts. Give yourself a pep talk to start the day.
End with good thoughts about your efforts and what you are thankful for. Rather than focusing on what you didn’t accomplish, think about what you did get completed. Think about your hard work and your efforts. Would you praise a friend, family member, or co-worker if they had taken part in the same efforts? If so, take the time to give yourself some praise.
Surround yourself with positive people and you will notice it reflects back to you. People in your life should be encouraging you with your network marketing efforts. They may not understand it at first, but they should trust you enough to make good decisions for your future. They should encourage you to see what you can do with it.
Stay Away From Negative Thoughts
Like a poison that spreads, negative people around you can become toxic. They can get into your head and they can make you doubt what you are doing. Try to distance yourself from such individuals. In a typical work environment, you have no choice but to be around them. When you work from home, you have more control over who you interact with.
The subconscious can allow negative thoughts to enter your mind. Be aware of this, and as soon as you have a negative thought, replace it with a positive one. Daily quotes and motivations can give you a quick pick up for your healthy attitude..
There are calendars that have a daily quote or you can find them online. Write down your favorites so you can refer to them when you have a moment of weakness. Post them around your home and office area so that you always see them. It will make a huge impact.
Stay Positive No Matter What!
It may take some time and discipline to get a positive attitude, but you can do it. Studies show that it can take up to 30 days for behavior modification to work on the average person. You will notice over time that you have to correct yourself less and less. Those positive thoughts will be flowing on their own!
